I entered this year with the intention of really locking in and being strict with the things I need, the things I want to do, see, and implement into my life. It felt like one of those starts to the year where everyone talks about new year, new me, new energy, fresh momentum, and moving with purpose, but 2026 felt different from day one.
When I kept hearing that this is the year of the horse, it resonated with me in a way I did not expect. Horses move with power, endurance, and direction, and that is exactly how I needed to move this year. Not rushed, not scattered, but intentional and steady.
The thing about wanting change is that it happens quietly. You do not always notice it while it is unfolding. It reveals itself slowly as time passes, and only when you pause do you realize how much has shifted. I wrote in my last blog that December was not about doing more. It was about slowing down, choosing intention, and letting confidence feel quiet.
January felt like building the foundation through discipline, writing things down, routines, budgeting, taking care of myself, and having those internal conversations about where I am going and who I am becoming. It was less about visible wins and more about internal alignment.
February felt like stepping into that energy while still navigating real life in real time. I will be turning 29 this year, and that realization has brought a deeper awareness of adult responsibilities, sacrifice, business conversations, and moments of doubt mixed with creativity, inspiration, and growth. I have been spending a lot of time thinking about my identity beyond the content I produce and share, what I am building, what I stand for, and how I want both myself and my work to evolve.
A major part of that evolution has been creating my LLC and opening a business account. Whew.
For a long time, being a model and fashion creator felt fluid and undefined, with collaborations, opportunities, and income streams that existed without structure. Forming an LLC felt like a shift into ownership. It represents treating my creativity, my ideas, and my presence as a real business rather than something temporary or experimental.
An LLC is not just paperwork. It is protection, structure, and clarity. It creates separation between personal and business life, which is something I have been learning the importance of as I grow. It also allows me to approach opportunities with more intention through negotiating contracts, organizing finances, and building something that feels sustainable long term.
There is also a mental shift that comes with it. Creating an LLC forces you to see yourself differently. It challenges you to move with professionalism, think about longevity, and step into the role of founder rather than just participant.
For me, this process has felt empowering but grounding. It is a reminder that growth is not only creative or aesthetic. Sometimes growth looks like admin tasks, legal documents, financial planning, and decisions that do not feel glamorous but are deeply necessary.
December built quiet confidence. January built discipline. February revealed energy. March already feels like momentum.
