CURATED BY AUGUSTAH: APRIL EDIT

April felt like I was doing everything right and still slightly spiraling at the same time. Not in a bad way, just in that quiet, in-between phase where things are moving, but not fully landed yet. I’ve been creating more, posting more, stepping into opportunities, and at the same time questioning everything just enough to stay sharp. It’s that strange balance of confidence and delusion that I think anyone building something understands. Nothing looks crazy from the outside, but internally, you’re having full conversations with yourself trying to make it all make sense. And somehow, that’s exactly where the growth is happening.

I’ve been moving through things with more certainty, even when I don’t have all the answers. Wearing the same pieces on repeat, sticking to the same routines, trusting my decisions a little faster instead of overthinking them. It’s less about figuring everything out, and more about knowing what feels right and moving with that.

And if I’m being honest, there have been moments where I’ve caught myself literally talking things through out loud. Not in a dramatic way, just… checking in with myself. Reassuring myself. Laughing at myself a little. The kind of conversations you have when you’re building something and no one else can fully see yet. It might look a little crazy from the outside. But to me, it feels like clarity. Because I’ve realized something… I don’t need constant newness to feel like I’m evolving. I just need pieces, routines, and habits that support the version of me I’m stepping into. And lately, that’s been enough.

This month also put me in a room that felt… different.

I was invited to the first Meta Creator Festival in the U.S that took place in NYC in partnership with Samsung, with a small group of creators selected across platforms and countries. The kind of room where you don’t need to ask if you belong… you just know.

And yes, I left with the new Samsung S26 Ultra. But more importantly, I left with confirmation which was the uttermost best feeling. Confirmation that the consistency, the repetition, the showing up even when it feels small… it’s working.

The rooms.
The energy.
The timing.

Everything is starting to align.

At the same time, this month reminded me how many different sides there are to this industry.

From being in rooms like that, to stepping into more structured, on-set environments and being part of larger brand moments in a different way. The kind where everything is coordinated, intentional, and bigger than just you.

Different environments.
Different roles.
Same intention.

And I’ve started to appreciate all of it for what it is.

So, in true Curate by Augustah fashion, here is everything I have been using, wearing, and loving in April.

CLOTHING HAUL

Lately, I’ve been reaching for pieces that feel easy, structured, and consistent. Things I don’t have to think about, that just work.

Softsculpt Bolero Long Sleeve Top in Navy + Softsculpt Leggings - Navy
A sculpting, second-skin set that’s comfortable, flattering, and moves with you effortlessly while still looking elevated and put together in and out of the studio.

Tube Grip Sock in Forest Green & White + Pilates Grip Socks - Black
A small detail, but honestly one of my essentials lately, if you do reformer Pilates you already know how important a good grip sock is, and these are comfortable, supportive, and actually stay in place throughout class.

Cloud Jersey Sleep 3-Piece Bundle – Grey, Fabletics
One of those sets I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. It’s soft, comfortable, and easy in a way that makes it part of my routine without trying. Whether I’m winding down at night or just having a slower morning, it’s become something I naturally reach for.

Lanie Jeans – Grey Wash, Revolve
A pair of jeans I’ve been reaching for when I want something simple but still put together. The fit is relaxed but still structured, which makes them easy to style without overthinking it. They’ve become one of those pieces I can throw on with anything and still feel like the outfit makes sense.

Flared Wrap Suit Pant – Ottolinger
A more elevated piece I’ve been reaching for when I want something that feels intentional. The wrap detail and flared silhouette give it structure while still feeling different from a standard pant. It’s one of those pieces that makes an outfit feel styled without needing much else.

Sylvie Corset – Black, Revolve
A piece that instantly changes the feel of an outfit. It adds structure, shape, and just enough intention without needing anything extra. I’ve been pairing it with more relaxed pieces to keep it balanced.

Ribbed Cotton Tank Top – White, COS
A staple I keep coming back to because it works with everything. Clean, fitted, and easy to layer, it’s one of those pieces that quietly holds an outfit together without needing attention.

SHOE HAUL

The kind of shoes you don’t question. You just put them on and go.

Penny Mule – Black, Thursday Boots
A pair I keep coming back to because they just work. They’re structured but still easy, polished but still relaxed. The open back makes them feel effortless, while the shape keeps everything looking clean and put together. It’s one of those pieces that finishes an outfit without needing anything extra

Women’s Legacy GUM Sole Sneakers – White x Baby Blue
A pair I’ve been reaching for on days when I want something more relaxed but still put together. They’re easy, comfortable, and add just enough detail with the color without feeling like too much. Perfect for everyday wear when I’m moving around but still want to look intentional.

BEAUTY HAUL

Less about doing more, more about maintaining what already feels good.

No Pressure Lip Liner – Toast, DIBS
A lip liner I’ve been using to keep things simple and defined without doing too much. It’s easy to apply, blends well, and works with pretty much anything I layer on top.

Glowtour Duo – Retrograde Rose, DIBS
One of my go-to for adding a soft, natural flush. It blends easily into the skin and gives just enough warmth without feeling heavy, which is exactly what I’ve been leaning toward lately.

Duo Brush Face – DIBS
One of those tools that just makes everything easier. It blends products seamlessly and gives a more natural finish without feeling like I’m doing too much.

Desert Island Duo – Shade 6, DIBS
This product simplifies everything. It adds warmth and dimension in a way that feels natural and effortless, perfect for everyday when I still want to look put together.

Advanced Collagen Hydrogel Mask – Mario Badescu
Something I’ve been using when I want to take a little extra time with my skin. It leaves everything feeling more hydrated, smooth, and refreshed without being too much. A simple way to reset and give my skin a bit more attention when I need it.

Glass Skin Veil Mist – Peach & Lily
The step that makes everything feel finished. A few spritzes and my skin looks more hydrated, more even, and naturally glowing. I use it before makeup, after, and throughout the day when I need a reset. It’s become one of those products I don’t think about, I just reach for it.

Lip Mask – Acai & Vanilla, Mario Badescu
A simple staple I’ve been reaching for consistently. It keeps my lips soft and hydrated without feeling too heavy, and it fits into my routine without effort. The kind of product you don’t think about, you just use.

ESSENTIALS HAUL

The small things that keep everything else running smoothly.

Gold Drip Nourishing Body & Hair Oil – KOBA
A finishing touch that brings everything together. It adds a subtle glow and keeps my skin and hair feeling hydrated without feeling heavy. One of those products that makes everything look a little more polished without doing too much.

The Luggage Starter Set – BÉIS
A set that makes traveling feel more put together before I even leave. It comes with everything I need to stay organized, and the structure makes packing feel easier and less rushed. It’s one of those things that just makes the whole process smoother.

The Weekender Bag – BÉIS + Starter Set
A go-to when I need something easy but still structured. It fits everything without feeling overwhelming, and makes packing feel more put together from the start.

The Dopp Kit – BÉIS
Something I’ve been using to keep everything in one place when I’m getting ready or packing. It makes organizing my essentials feel easier and less scattered, which I’ve been appreciating more lately.

After Shave Moisturizer – Mario Badescu
Something I’ve been using more for how it calms and resets my skin. It’s lightweight, soothing, and works well when my skin feels a little irritated or off. One of those simple products that helps keep everything balanced without needing too much.

Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Hydra-Gel Eye Patches | 30 pairs — I keep these in the fridge. Cooling, de-puffing, and just a small luxury moment before stepping in front of the camera or showing up for whatever planned.

Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil

A few drops of this go a long way. It locks in moisture, gives shine, and helps protect my ends especially on twist-outs or wash-and-go days.

4C Only “Too Easy” Collection

This entire collection was made for 4C and 4B hair. The shampoo, conditioner, leave-in, and styling cream are all super rich in moisture and make wash day actually feel manageable. My curls clump better, and my hair feels soft for days

Keranique Satin-Lined Microfiber Hair Towel

A good towel makes a difference. This one reduces frizz and breakage by keeping my hair protected while drying

April feels like clarity. Not everything needs to change, and not everything needs to be new. Some things just need consistency, and I’m starting to trust what’s already working instead of questioning it. I’m still building, still becoming, but moving with more certainty now.
